Exploring the Past and Future of Shepard Farm

This is a project commissioned by the Town of Blandford, co-written by Josie Wakerobin (née Kaul) and Carrie Gotwals. The project goal was to make plans and conceptual designs for a 121-acre publicly owned property that received little attention from the town, in terms of both maintenance and visitation. Plans were made using analysis of historical, ecological, and social conditions, with input from residents of the town. The project ultimately included a trail design broken into two stages of implementation, a grading plan, and design details for outdoor learning and historical gardens.
